| 摘 要： | 人们选择空间的扩大、社会阶层的不断分化和定型化,使不同群体及个体表现出不同的价值观、规范以及利益诉求.反映在职业学校层面,就是职业学校冲突的常规化.职业学校应根据自身冲突的特点及种类,采取相应的预防和化解措施,以实现对冲突的有效管理.
