树莓丛生芽诱导与植株再生

摘    要:取树莓当年生的幼嫩枝做外植体,培养于附加不同种类和不同浓度激素的MS培养基上,在诱导培养基MS 6-BA0.5mg/l NAA0.05mg/l上培养20d左右,腋芽开始分化增殖。在芽的增殖试验中发现加入一定量的CA,可大大提高增殖率,适宜的培养基为6-BA1.0mg/l NAA0.05mg/l GA_30.5mg/l,有效增殖系数达3.38。用1/2MS NAA0.4mg/l时生根效果较好,生根率达90%以上。

Abstract:Tender sterns picked from one year branches of FREEBERLY as explant were disinfected by common way to induce shoots and cultivated in MS medium of different Phyhermones.The results showed that axillary buds were stimulated and stretched on MS 6- BA0.5mg/l NAA0.05mg/l.About 20 days later differentiation and multiplication began.The rate of proliferation was greatly enhanced because of the supplement of GA3 in the shoot multiplication experiment.The suitable multiplication medium of axillary buds was MS 6- BA0.5mg/l NAA0.05mg/l GA_30.5mg/l.The effective propagation coefficient was 3.38.More than 90% of shoots were roots on 1/2MS NAA0.4mg/l.
