摘    要:本文通过对疾病寒、热、虚、实的大致分类,用热者寒之、寒者热之、虚则补之、损则益之的食补疗法,对病人饮食进行了有益的探讨和指导,使之与疾病和治疗不相矛盾相得益彰.直接或间接地解决了病人的治疗和护理问题,达到了促进早日康复的目的。
