摘    要:设计了以PC机为控制核心的交流变频调速实验平台,在Visual C++环境下开发了人机交互软件,实现了多个控制算法(SPWM、SVPWM、直接转矩控制、磁场定向控制等),并且可以方便地对各算法进行切换;控制系统设计成以DSP2812为核心的运动控制卡,通过动态链接库实现控制系统的开发;对实验过程中的数据和曲线进行实时显示。该文以磁场定向控制算法为例,对系统的工作状况进行分析。实验结果表明,该实验系统达到了设计要求,有较好的实用价值。

Abstract:An AC variable frequency speed regulation experimental platform based on PC is designed.The man-machine interface is developed in Visual C++ environment,in which several control algorithms(including SPWM,SVPWM,DTC,FOC,and so on) are implemented,and the control algorithms can be switched between one and others easily.The control system is designed as a motion card with DSP2812 as the core,and is developed through DLL.The data curves can be displayed dynamically in the progress of experiment on man-machine interface.The working state of this system is analyzed when using the control algorithm of FOC.The experiment results indicate that this system developed can meet requirements,and is practical.
