| Abstract: | In this paper We consider the Predator-Prey model for three species in which the right-hand sides are periodic in time. A set of easily verifiadle sufficient conditoons is obtained for the existence a globally aymptotically stable positive periodic solution, these conditions also assure that the predator-prey system is uniformly persistent |
