全球一体人经与冷战之间的关系初探

作为历史的坐标,反法西斯的第二次世界大战标志着世界历史进入了离我们最近的当今时代。战后世界呈现出两大特点,一是美苏冷战,激烈异常,二是全球一体化浪潮方兴未艾。在世界整体化日益发展的世界,冷战是对全球一体化总趋势的反动,迟滞了全球一体化的步伐,同时全球一体化浪潮又以不可阻挡之势融蚀了冷战的基础并导致了冷战的终结。

Global integration and cold war

As a mile stone,the anti-Fascim World war I marked the new start of world history as contemparary time. Two distinguishing features emerged postwar; the intensified cold war between the U. S. and the U. S. S. R. ; the unfolding global integration. The cold war,as a reaction to the main trend of world peace and development,retarded the march of global integration,and at the same time,however,the global integration,with its irresistable forces,melted the base of the cold war and diverted it to the final ending.
