教师的辩证思维能力及发展

摘    要:教师辩证思维能力的不足是中小学教师在课堂里出现“顾此失彼”的形而上学做法的深层次原因之一。这种形而上学的做法为:忽略矛盾观;缺乏系统观;割裂“重点论”和“两点论”的统一观。辩证思维基本规律、方法、形式运用的能力是教师辩证思维能力的基本构成。可以通过三种方式提高教师的辩证思维能力:以辩证思维为引导的教学反思;以辩证思维为取向的校本培训;以辩证思维为指导的课堂教学。

Abstract:Teacher's lack of dialectical thinking is one of the reasons for the metaphysics of attending to one thing and losing sight of another in the c lassrooms of primary and middle schools, which expresses itself as ignoring the view of contradiction, lacking the view of system and separating the unity of the concept that focus should be on the important thing and the doctrine that everything has two aspects. The ability of applying the basiclaw, method and form of dialectical thinking is the basic element of teacher's dialectical thinking a bility. We can resort to three ways to improve teacher's dialectical thinking: teaching reflection with the dialectical thinking as the guidance, the school- based training with the dialectical thinking as the orientation and the classroom teaching with dialectical thinking as the direction.
