摘    要:改观教育的第一要义是变化。新学习是激发人的潜在能力,把可能变为现实的过程。新学习是改观教育的具体体现,不仅内容在变,而且方式方法都在更新。潜能是潜在的、隐性的,所以需要发现,需要激发。我们在研究中学生的潜能过程中,遵循“健康-学习-自信成功”,即HLCS法则,又好又快地引发中学生的潜能。

Abstract:The first meaning is changing in transformative education. The new learning is to change people's potential into reality. The new learning is a concrete manifestation of transformative education, changing includes not only the content, but also the ways and means updated. Potential ability is potential and hidden, so it needs to be founcl and stimulated. The principle which is called HLCS law, that is "health - learning - self - confident - success" should be followed in the process of studying and practicing students'potential abilities, in order to make better and rapid stimulation of students'notential ahilities
