| 摘 要： | 高考是准公共物品,从新制度经济学交易费用理论的视角来看,高考的任何一个环节都会产生高额的交易费用。提高教育考试的效益,降低每个环节的交易费用,增强公平性和安全性,可从文化观念、管理职能、人员队伍、服务手段和科学研究等五个方面进行教育考试机构的专业化建设。
