| Abstract: | A policy evaluation model is the abstraction and generalization of characteristics of the policy assessment process and it is affected by the changes in the policy environment.Because of the diversity of social interests and the democratization of public administration,the stakeholder model will be the appropriate one of the educational policy assessment during the period of transition in China. |
