摘    要:政策评估模式是对政策评估过程特性的抽象和概括,受政策环境变化的影响。随着社会利益的多元化和公共行政的民主化,利益相关者模式将成为转型期我国教育政策评估的较为适合的模式。

Abstract:A policy evaluation model is the abstraction and generalization of characteristics of the policy assessment process and it is affected by the changes in the policy environment.Because of the diversity of social interests and the democratization of public administration,the stakeholder model will be the appropriate one of the educational policy assessment during the period of transition in China.
