特级教师“誉后”发展的困局及化解对策

摘    要:特级教师是教师队伍中最能引领教育潮流、最能体现时代精神、也最能代表发展方向的一股力量。然而在现实中,部分特级教师在专业发展以及以自身专业发展求得教育学生、服务社会之效益最大化方面,还存在诸如特级成为高原、教优则仕普遍、南飞现象严重、名士之气彰扬等不足。究其原因,主要在于特级教师的评选机制保守、跟进管理松散、专业思想摇摆、学校文化单一等。化解特级教师誉后发展之困局,需要完善评管机制,优化事业生态,促成人际协调,搭建人才梯队。
