提高中外合作办学人才培养质量的有效途径

中外合作办学是在改革开放中兴起并发展起来的一种新型教育模式,经过近30年的发展,已日趋成熟规范。中外合作办学作为我国引进国外优质教育资源、推动人才培养模式更新的手段,其发展取得了一些成绩,但问题也很明显。在中外合作办学过程中,我国要坚持正确的中外合作办学方向,增强合作办学的自主权;建立切合实际的中外合作办学人才培养模式和考核体系;打造一支专业化的教师和管理队伍,切实提高中外合作办学的教学和管理水平。
