| 摘 要： | 本文通过对科举制度的公正公平性，以及科举制度在促进社会流动、推动中国教育发展、文化传承和构建民族价值观等方面的作用等基本问题进行了再思考和探索。并结合科举制度的兴起、发展、繁荣和走向终结的历史，对今天考试招生制度改革有何启示和借鉴，提出了自己的观点。
