| 摘 要： | 哲学之士是一群志于真、志于道、志于学的知识分子,他们是社会的良心;利禄之徒是志于利、志于禄的伪学者。从人性的角度考虑,人性的不同需求产生了不同的学术趋向,哲学之士从事学术是为了满足个人及人类的精神需求;利禄之徒以学术为招牌,他们满足的是个人的生物性需求。保持基本的学术修养与学术良知,是区分哲学之士与利禄之徒的标杆,也是成为哲学之士的基本伦理底线。
