| 摘 要： | 采用处方模式教学与常规体育教学进行对比实验，探讨在高校足球选项教学中实施处方模式教学的可行性和实效性。经14周教学实验，结果表明处方模式教学对学生身体素质、心理素质的提高和运动技术技能的掌握有显的影响，与常规体育教学相比存在较大差异。

| Abstract: | The article deals with the comparative experiments between the directive teaching method and routine teaching method and then discusses the feasibility and efficacy of adopting directive teaching method in college football curriculum.After 14-week teaching experiments,it can be concluded that the directive teaching method contributes greatly to improving the students' physical and mental diathesis,and their mastering of sport techniques as well.In addition,the difference between the two teaching methods is great. |
