关于阜阳农民工的调查与思考

阜阳是我国五大农民工输出地之一,研究阜阳的农民工具有普遍意义。阜阳农民工为我国经济建设和经济发达地区的经济发展作出了重要贡献,他们在贡献过程中也提升了自身的素质,成为阜阳经济加速发展的重要潜在力量。进一步发挥农民工的作用,是解决三农问题的重要内容。政府应积极改革管理制度,解决相对容易解决的农民工户籍问题;应抓住主要矛盾,破解农民工城市住房这一关键的但相对困难的问题。目前要关注皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区建设,这是提升农民工地位、转变农民工身份的重要契机。

The Investigation and Research on Fuyang' s off_farm worhers

Fuyang is one of five places exported off-farm workers.It 's of universal significance to study Fuyang's off-farm workers.Off-farm workers from Fuyang make an important contribution for our country economic construction and developed areas development.They also promote qualities of themselves and become the important latent forces of Fuyang economy developing fast.It is an important content of solving "Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer" issues to elaborate further the effect of off-farm workers from Fuyang.The government should reform managerial system actively to solve the simple relatively problem of off-farm workers'census register and seize the principal contradiction to solve the off-farm workers 'housing problem in cities which is crucial and difficult relatively.Presently,we should pay attention to Wanjiang Demo Region for Industrial Transfer development which is an importment chance to promote the off-farm workers'position and change their status.
