加强高职院校人文素质教育的思考

提升大学生的人文素质是一个过程,而有效的教育措施在这个过程中发挥着重要作用。在对高职院校人文素质教育现状进行调查分析的基础上,提出完善人文素质教育的一系列举措,包括:选修课形式的创新,学生活动的教师指导,人文教育的常规化,学生、教师以及社会资源的充分利用,“双基地”建设,教育管理学分制的实施,素质拓展认证计划的启动,诚信档案的建立等。

Thoughts on the measures of perfecting humane education in higher vocational institutes

To improve students' humane quality needs a process,and the effective education measures play an essential part in it.Based on some investigations and reflections on this topic,we think a lot in such aspects as the innovation of selective course forms,teachers' guide on students' activities,the regularity of humane education,the full use of students and teachers resources,the double bases building,carrying out management credits,launching the certified plan of quality expansion and setting up sincerity files system.
