| 摘 要： | 在分析欧美国家当前普遍采用的四种公众参与技术决策模式的基础上，基于全体参与者职能与责任、参与者和管理者不同定住、信息与知识和技能要求、力量对比与决策结果等参量，对这四种模式进行了比较研究，揭示出各自的优势与缺陷，从而为我国公众参与技术决策模式的选择提供借鉴。
