The Application of Knowledge Management in Digital Language Lab Management

Knowledge management is the knowledge-centered management,it is intended to enhance the competitiveness of both groups and individuals through knowledge acquisition, sharing and application. This paper intends to introduce knowledge management into digital language laboratory management,establish digital language laboratory knowledge management system, by which the classification, storage, sharing, communication and application of knowledge in management system, maintenance techniques, experience, and the findings of experimental research is made possible, thus, highly efficient and convenient digital language laboratory management is achieved. As a result,the quality of foreign language teaching is improved through the effective aids of foreign language teaching.
