“悠然见南山”之“见”之我见

"悠然见南山"之"见"应当读为"jian",表示主动的行为,而不应当读为"xian(通"现")",表示被动的行为。"采"与"见"是作者的两个动作,这两个动作本来不能同时进行,但是作者把它们统一起来,构成对应的关系,则是为了表达自己随心所欲、意无所属的情感和心境。另外,从文章的句法来看,读成"见"("jian"),则"采菊东篱下"与"悠然见南山"两句句法相似,这也符合我国语言对称的特点。

"Catch the sight of" of "catch the sight of the Southern Mountain carefreely and leisurely" should be read as "jian", not as"xian"."Jian"means the positive action ,while "xian"means the passive action. In the poem, " pick up" and " catch the sight of " was the author's two actions. It goes without saying the two actions could not be conducted at the same time, but the author integrated them, and composed their corresponding relation in order to express his carefree and leisure feelings and mental state. Moreover, in view of the article's sentence structure, when the "catch the sight of" was read as "jian","pick up chrysanthemums under the Eastern Hedges" and "catch the sight of the southern mountain carefreely and leisurely" became similar sentences, it accordd with our national characteristic of language symmetry.
