| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会,需要大力开发人力资源,当我国高职教育持续健康发展的时候,才能为人力资源开发创造必要的条件。因此,高职教育是人力资源开发、培养大批实用人才的最佳途径,而振兴高职教育的必由之路,就是要实施教育创新。教育创新首先是思想观念的更新和制度的创新。

| Abstract: | Building a well-off society in an all-round way requires rapid development of human resources..Meanwhile,continuous and sound development of Chinese higher vocational education creates essential conditions to human resources development .Accordingly,higher vocational education is the best way to develop human resources and cultivate talents.The only way to vitalize higher vocational education is to carry out educational innovation.In a word,innovation in education is renewal of educational concept and innovation in management system of education. |
