| 摘 要： | 围绕《江苏省教育科学规划精品课题建设标准（暂行稿）》所提出的“精心选题”、“精细设计”、‘精当操作’、“精彩呈现”和“精致管理”这五项一级指标，分别对其内涵、关系、权重和具体内容作了详细阐释．以进一步规范、引领我省课题研究，促进我省课题研究由重数量向重内涵、重质量、重品位转型．促进我省教育科研出更多的优秀成果、精品成果。

| Abstract: | This paper, centered on the first five targets including careful selection of the subject, delicately designing, precise operation, wonderful presentation, and elaborate administration by the Criteria, expounds detailedly its connotation, relationship, weight, and concrete contents, with a view to regulate and guide the subject research in Jiangsu Province, hoping that Jiangsu Provincial subject researcan be transferred from quantity-focused to connotation-quality-grade-focused to serve the purpose of more excellent achievements in education research. |
