高校博士后管理面临的问题和对策

摘    要:高等学校是培养博士后的主力军,但也面临一些问题,如:博士后类型增多,形成了新的“空壳”现象;博士后科研流动站布点增多,使得总体投入更显不足;博士后新的历史使命,突显评价机制陈旧、落后。为此必须理解博士后制度设立的宗旨,端正对博士后本质特点的认识;以学校为主体,拓宽投入渠道;强化考核机制,严格“进”“出”程序。

Abstract:Universities are the main force in cultivating post-doctorate talents. Problems faced by the universities include increased types of post-doctorate and more post-doctorate mobile stations and work stations,causing a tighter budget,and an old and backward evaluative system.To solve these problems,we must understand the aims of constructing the post-doctorate system,rectify the understanding of the characteristics of post-doctorate,broaden the channels of investment and reinforce the assessment mechanism.
