摘    要:利用二级模糊综合评判对委托代理激励问题中代理人的业绩进行评判,在此基础上,考虑同行业其它企业对代理企业业绩的影响,合理确定激励系数,为实践中激励薪酬方案的确定提供了参考.

Abstract:Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with two steps is used in this article to evaluate performance valuation of agent in principal-agent problem, based on it, considering the influence of other enterprises in the same industry to determine incentive coefficient reasonably, the research will supply reference to draw up compensation design in practice.
