| Abstract: | Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with two steps is used in this article to evaluate performance valuation of agent in principal-agent problem, based on it, considering the influence of other enterprises in the same industry to determine incentive coefficient reasonably, the research will supply reference to draw up compensation design in practice. |
