摘    要:该文针对激光法合成的纳米金刚石进行了一系列粒度分析研究,包括TEM、比表面分析法、x射线衍射法、显微激光拉曼分析和x射线小角度散射法,不同的研究手段得到的纳米金刚石粉的粒径不尽相同。比较各种研究手段得到的结果可以对纳米金刚石粉末的粒度有一个全面的了解,分析结果可以互相印证,并且针对不同的分析要求可选择不同的方法。

Abstract:A series of analysis methods were used for measuring the particle size of nanodiamond synthesized by pulsed laser, including TEM analysis, determination of the specific surface area, X-ray diffraction, Laser Micro-Raman Spectrometry and Small-angle X-ray scattering method (SAXS). The particle size of nanodiamond analyzed by different methods was not same exactly. An overall understanding of the particle size of nanodiamond could be gained by comparing the different results, and the results were testified each other. We can choose a proper method to meet the various requirements.
