农村村级妇代会组织与妇女在村委会选举中的地位

农村妇女在村委会选举中的地位低落,与农村一些村妇代会组织虚置或组织作用弱化有直接关联。在一些地方,农村妇女以及村妇代会在乡村公共权利结构中的状况基本上可用“无权无势“来概括。由于社会资源的相对匮乏,妇女的组织优势在农村村委会选举和村理中难以发挥作用,妇代会自身组织乏力使妇女在选举中难以形成合力,以表达妇女的意愿。

In some places, the status of rural women and the conference of women representative in rural public right structure can be completely generalized as "powerless". Due to the shortage of social resources, the organizational advantages of women are difficult to take effect in the rural election of villagers' committee and the village administration. The weakness of self organization of villagers' committee makes women unable to form the integrated force to express their wishes.
