运动、低频脉冲电磁场对去势雌性大鼠骨密度及其生物力学性能的影响

摘    要:将4月龄SD雌性大鼠40只随机分成5组,正常对照组(C)、去卵巢组(OVX)、去卵巢加雌激素组(H)、去卵巢加运动组(Y)及去卵巢加脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)治疗组(P),12周后测定大鼠股骨颈骨密度和生物力学指标.结果表明运动、PEMFs和雌激素均可增加去卵巢大鼠的骨密度,减缓其骨质丢失.运动和PEMFs在促进骨形成、改善骨生物力学性能方面优于雌激素,二者联合应用有望取得更好的效果.

Abstract:Forty SD females rats with 4 months old were divided into 5 groups, normal control(C), Ovariectomized(OVX), OVX Plus estrogen treated(H), OVX Plus Exercise treated(Y), and OVX Plus PEMFs-treated(P) groups. The index of BMD of thighbone neck and Biomechanics was measured. As a result, PEMFs and Estrogen could increase the bone density of the big rat and decelerate the lost of bone substance. The exercise and PEMFs preceded to Estrogen in the aspects of promoting bone becoming and improving the bone biomechanics function, the association of the two path hopes the better result.
