| 摘 要： | 因为工作性质的原因，很多时候图书馆员所从事的都是一些日常性的固定式的程序化的工作，日久天长因其缺乏新意难免使人产生厌倦甚至抵触的情绪。快乐工作的核心，就是从枯燥乏味、机械呆板的工作中寻求乐趣，通过相互间的快乐感染，共同创建一个和谐愉悦的良好工作氛围。
