文化视域下美国体育教师专业标准缺憾及我国发展新方向探索

对美国体育教师专业标准存在的缺憾和发展新方向进行研究。研究认为,美国体育教师专业标准存在着无法引领体育教师专业发展、导致体育教师伦理精神匮乏、难以提升体育教师地位和无法体现体育教学复杂性四大缺憾,教育文化在引领体育教师专业发展、挽回失落的伦理精神、重塑体育教师形象和应对教学复杂性方面具有补救作用。结论认为,建设结合型的体育教师专业标准将是我国未来的发展新方向。

The Defects of American PE Teachers Professional Standard and Its New Direction in China under the Cultural Perspective

The defects and new directions of professional standard for P.E.teachers in the USA are researched on.The study suggests that the professional standards of P.E.teachers in the USA can not lead P.E.teachers professional development,leading to the lack of ethical spirit of P.E.teachers,the difficulty of improving the status of P.E.teachers and the inability to reflect the complexity of physical education.Education culture plays an important role in leading the professional development,recovering of P.E.teachers,getting ethical spirit,reshaping the image of P.E.teachers,and responding to the complexity of teaching.The conclusion is that the combination of existing standards and education culture is considered as the new direction of PE teachers professional standards in China.
