| 摘 要： | 角色冲突是指人们在家庭和社会的角色扮演过程中,角色功能难以实现的心理和行为不协调的状态。高校女教师的角色冲突源于其性别角色与社会角色之间的矛盾,女教师应当从社会、家庭及个人诸方面突破自我发展的羁绊,真正从角色冲突中走出来,在平等、和谐中实现自身的发展。
