退稿因由论

退稿是编辑出版工作中不可避免的重要环节，具体因由比较复杂，最主要的是作为其前期价值决策系统三元素的编辑主体、审稿人、作者之间表现为6种模型的思维错位；当文稿本身存在明显问题时，隐性退稿较难处理；有时则是编辑或审稿人单方面的原因，即丧失客观公正的用稿标准后，由于受6种因素的深层作用，给退稿带来了多重影响。
