试论社会转型时期的信用建设

社会主义市场经济是法制经济,也是信用经济。诚实守信是现代社会经济活动中的一项最基本的行为准则,是经济实体生存与发展不可缺少的一项道德资本。中国企业在向社会主义市场经济转轨过程中,为信用缺失付出了巨大的代价。要打造信用中国,目前最重要的是建立适合我国社会主义市场经济体制的信用体系,这是一个繁杂的系统工程,需要社会各界的共同努力,并依赖于良好的职业道德、广泛的舆论监督、健全的法律制度和严厉的管理制度。

The Credit Construction in Social Transformation

The socialist market economy is both legal economy and credit economy. Being honest is the most basic code of conduct in modern economic activities and an indispensable treasure in economy development. Chinese enterprises pay great price for their lack of credit in the transformation. At present, the most important thing is to establish a credit system which would adopt to our socialist market economy system. It's such a complicated project that it needs our general efforts, people's better professional morality, wide public supervision, perfect law system and severe management system.
