| 摘 要： | 机械式地增加管理部门、管理人员和管理程序的做法,给高校管理工作带来了种种问题和困惑。在高校行为日趋市场化的情况下,高校管理者应当转变思路,在做"加法"的同时,善于通过做"减法",提高资源利用率,才能实现管理的良性运转,促进高等教育事业的平稳、高效发展。

| Abstract: | Expanding the management sections, the staff number, and the management procedures mechanically will give rise to a series of problems for college management. With the marketization of colleges, college leaders should change their mindset, being good at doing "addition" and also doing "subtraction" to improve the utilization of resources. Thus, they can achieve good management practice, promoting the steady and efficient development of higher education. |
