| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料的研究方法，就运动性猝死的原因特别是先天性心血导常，如较为常见的肥厚性阻塞型心肌病、马凡氏综合征、冠状动脉先天畸形的原理、病理、临床征象及诊断问题进行详细阐述，并从预防的角度对患有上述疾病的患者的运动问题提出建议。
