| 摘 要： | 国内最新一项研究成果表明,中国企业平均寿命只有6.5-7岁,而民营企业只有2.9岁。民营企业要摆脱"短寿"的命运,除需要外部环境不断优化外,更需民企自身进行理性的战略规划和准确的战略定位,以促使民企逐步由投机、逐利型向战略、长寿型转变。本文通过分析太原市民营经济的现状,提出了促进民营经济发展可供选择的一些对策。

| Abstract: | A latest research shows:China's enterprise average life-span is 6.5-7 yesrs,but the average life-span of private enterprise is only 2.9 years.If private enterprises will try to avoid such destiny.besides better outer conditions, a rational steategy must be adopted.This paper analyzes the actuality of the private economies of the city of TaiYuan, and put forward to some steategies suitable for private economics. |
