试析导师制在宿舍文化建设中的作用

随着高校扩招的进行，大学生数量剧增，学生宿舍已成为学生活动的基本单位。在新时期，如何进行学生宿舍文化建设，以加强宿舍的育人功能具有重要意义。该文分析了目前宿舍文化建设中存在的问题，指出在宿舍文化建设中实施本科生专业导师制，以思想引导、专业指导、学习辅导、就业指导、心理疏导为核心内容，能够构建和推进和谐的、积极向上的高校学生宿舍文化，是探索和完善导师制及宿舍文化建设的新途径。

The Roles of Tutorial System in the Construction of University Dormitory Culture

The expansion of admissions to universities causes the boom of the number of undergraduates in colleges and universities. And the dormitory has become the major place for students＇activities. In the new century, how to construct the students＇dormitory culture and strengthen its educational function are significantly important. This paper analyses the present problems in the construction of students ＂dormitory culture, and points out that the implementation of tutorial system in the construction of students＇dormitory culture, which focuses on moral education, major advising, study guide, employment guide and mental intervention, can facilitate the construction of harmonious and positive students＂ dormitory culture. It is a new approach to explore and perfect the tutorial system and the construction of students＇dormitory culture.
