| 摘 要： | 选择职业有许多影响因素，从经济和非经济因素的角度入手，通过决策分析方法讨论个体劳动者理性择业的影响因素，以部分量化非经济因素的方法与经济因素比较，指出非经济的因素是进行择业分析的基础。
