发展性学生评价的实施策略探究

摘    要:发展性学生评价是面向未来教育而构建的一种全新的、符合终身教育和素质教育需要的评价观,开创了学生评价的新视野,具有很强的指导性。在评价内容上,更全面,注重学生多方面素质的培养;在评价方法上,更科学,突破了传统的量化评价的限制,以质性评价统整量化评价,开发学生的多种潜能,坚持以人为本的发展理念。对实际操作中遇到的困难,只有积极应对,设法解决,才能充分发挥出发展性学生评价的反馈功能、激励功能、教育功能。

Abstract:Developing students evaluation, facing the education, is one brand-new evaluation view. It meets the life-long education and the quality-oriented education's needs, starts the new vision of students evaluation. Its guidance is very effective .In the content of evaluation, it's more overall, paying attention to the cultivation of student's quality in many aspects. At the method of evaluation, it's scientific, breaking through the traditional restriction on quantitative evaluation, combining the quantity evaluation with the quality evaluation, and developing student's all kinds of potential capacity, insisting on the concept of development-"people first". In order to give full play to the feedback function, inspiration function, education function, we must reply actively, try to solve the problems we may meet in practical operation of developing students evaluation.
