摘    要:社会科是一门初中综合文科课程,为了应对综合课程的挑战,必须加强社会科教师培训。根据学科性质和特点,社会科教师培训课程必须从课程标准出发,增强培训内容的适切性,注重培训形式的多样化,同时要加强培训保障,切实提高社会科教师的培训效果。

Abstract:Sociology is a comprehensive subject in middle school education. To meet with the challenge of the subject, we need to train teachers. According to the spectiality and characteristics of the subject, the training must be based on the standards of curriculum and enhance the properness of the teaching materials, keep the diversity of training forms. Meanwhile, training conditions should be secured and the effectiveness of training be improved.
