创业团队沟通与团队绩效

摘    要:创业团队输入(团队沟通)与团队输出(绩效)之间的作用机制一直以来是一个"黑箱",创业团队绩效机制的动态性可以采用团队研究范式IMOI范式来替代传统的IPO模型能够更好地剖析其特殊属性。基于IMOI范式,创业团队输入(沟通)对团队输出(绩效)的影响受到中间因素(风险框架)影响,反过来,上一阶段创业团队绩效会循环影响随后阶段创业团队沟通。

Abstract:The interaction of entrepreneurial team communication and performance has been considered a"black box". This study aims to use the IMOI instead of the traditional IPO paradigm to analyze the special mechanism of the dynamic entrepreneurial team performance. The IMOI-based analysis suggests that the intermediate factors of risk framing in entrepreneurial team communication moderates its interaction on the team performance while the performance or output, in return, further impacts the entrepreneurial team input.
