大学高层次人才挽留与稳定的对策分析

摘    要:高层次人才的挽留与稳定是大学的一项核心工作.大学不仅可以按照<劳动合同法>的规定与高层次人才约定服务期和违约金,更应该针对高层次人才的特点制定具有竞争优势的绩效薪酬体系,设计满足个性化需求的动态福利体系,营造发挥积极性和创造性的工作环境和文化氛围.只有这样,大学才能形成全方位挽留和稳定高层次人才的对策.

Abstract:To detain and stabilise top talents is a core task for the university.The university should not only regulate service period and fine for breaching contract with top talents according to the "Labour Contract Law",but should also establish a performance remuneration system with competitive advantage,design a dynamic welfare system to satisfy individual requirements,and construct working environment and cultural atmosphere to develop enthusiasm and creativity.
