| 摘 要： | 以福建农林大学统一战线为例,分析总结了高校统一战线政治引导工作存在的问题,并在此基础上分析政治引导工作效果不佳的原因。文章结合实际对建立高校统一战线政治引导长效机制进行了思考,提出了建立高校统一战线政治引导联合工作机制的设想,并就建立机制的前提、措施和要注意的问题进行了阐述。
