| 摘 要： | 1978年,十一届三中全会重新树立了实事求是的思想路线。根据国内外时局新变化,中国共产党主动捐弃前嫌,调整对台政策,以＂和平统一＂为基调,采取多种政策措施,为缓和、改善海峡两岸关系做出不懈的努力,并产生了积极影响。

| Abstract: | In 1987,the Third Plenary Session of the eleventh Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party reaffirmed the ideological line of seeking truth from facts.According to the new changes of the world current situation,our Party decided to let bygones be bygones and adjusted its policy on Taiwan.Under the guidance ofpeaceful reunification,our Party had adopted various measures to improve the relationship across the Taiwan Straits and produced a positive influence. |
