| 摘 要： | 自从1999年进入老龄化以来,我国目前正处于人口老龄化加速期,老年人口呈现出＂老龄化＂、＂高龄化＂、＂空巢化＂的态势。随着人口结构和家庭结构模式的变迁,养老的模式和方法也相应地发生了改变。我国在＂未富先老＂的状况下进入老龄化社会,因此,构建完善的社会养老服务体系就显得尤为重要。我们应该结合我国的国情和现实背景,充分发挥社区居家养老的作用,整合各级政府资源、社区资源、家庭资源和社会组织资源,这对实现健康老龄化、积极老龄化具有重大的理论和现实意义。
