| 摘 要： | 构建学习型高校辅导员团队是克服辅导员＂边缘人＂尴尬处境,提高辅导员业务水平进而优化高校辅导员队伍的一个必要选择。构建学习型高校辅导员团队应从完善辅导员学习实践机制,科学构建学习平台等方面入手,优化提高辅导员队伍的素质。由此,才能实现辅导员队伍朝专业化、职业化方向发展的人才战略目标。
