| 摘 要： | 智能建筑是随着计算机技术、通信技术、自动控制技术和图形显示技术的进步和融合而逐步发展起来的。酒店建筑作为楼宇建筑中的重要组成部分,信息技术在酒店中的使用已经突破了以计算机为主体的电算化系统,应用于各个领域,给酒店业带来经营管理各方面的巨大变革。

| Abstract: | Intelligent Building has developed with the growing of present 4C technology.Since the hotel building is the important ingredient of the building architecture,the information technology applied in the hotel has broken through the traditional computer accounting capability,so its application in every aspect has brought along the great change as well as the chance and challenge for the operation and management. |
