摘    要:目的:从运动训练对红细胞老化和生成的角度,探讨不同有氧训练方式对大鼠红细胞的影响。方法:采用现代生物学技术,测定红细胞老化参数膜磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)外翻率.结果:与安静对照组相比,间歇训练与持续训练两种训练方式训练的大鼠,在1次急性力竭运动后即刻和24h后采血,其红细胞PS外翻率均有显著性升高.比较不同运动训练组两个时间点的结果发现,各运动训练组急性力竭运动后即刻红细胞PS外翻率有升高的趋势,但没有显著性变化(P〉0.05)。结论:运动训练对红细胞膜具有较大的破坏,加速红细胞的衰老,并且不同训练方式对红细胞膜的影响略有不同。

Abstract:Objective to investigate the effect of exercise training on red blood cell system from the new point of the influence of exercise on erythropoiesis and senility of red blood cell. Methods Using modem cell biological technique, the PS extroversion rate was detected. Results it was shown that the PS extroversion rate with different exercise training methods heightened apparently after high intensity exercise. The PS extroversion rate of the training groups increased. Conclusion These indicate that exercise promoted senility of RBC and resulted in increasing of violated RBC. The influence of different training methods on RBC is a little different.
