澳大利亚教师绩效工资改革思路解析

摘    要:教师绩效工资制是以建立教师激励约束机制,促进教师主动提高专业知识与技能、改善教学实践为价值取向。澳大利亚教师工资缺乏激励机制,难以留住优秀教师,成为制约教师专业化的重要因素。由此,澳大利亚经历了"优质薪酬奖励优质教学"理念的确立,到致力于教师专业评估标准的制定,再到政府积极引领改革行动的实施的进程。对于澳大利亚教师工资改革思路的研究,可以为我国教师绩效工资的实施提供宝贵的借鉴。
