Aiming at the highway engineering construction organization design in China,this paper analyzes the problems that the contents is not a comprehensive specification,the modern managerial technique application is poor and the compiling method lagging,proposes the standardization management countermeasure,and carries on certain deepening theoretically to guide the project management more scientific and standardized.
