多元化经营的战略选择分析

本首先对“多元化经营是陷阱”提出了质疑，指出多元化本身并无优劣对错之分，现实中许多多元化的失败主要是由经营中的众多非理性因素构成的。在此基础上，作提出应当用关联性准则来指导企业的多元化战略，为此章从企业业务（能力）系统的构成，认为能力键的强弱是决定关联性的最主要因素，并从能力键的两个载体－－企业思维和业务运作将多业务企业划分为四种类型,最后分析了这四类企业的特点及其多元化的战略选择。

Diversification's Effect and It's Strategic Choice

The authors have a suspicion that diversification is a trap and points out that we can't simply say diversification is right or wrong and many failures in practice are resulted from some unreasonable factors in managing. So, the authors put forward that relativity should be the rule of diversification strategy. Based on the firm's operation (competence) system, this paper points out that the competence bond is the uppermost factor that influences the relativity and then classes the multi-business firms into four types according to the two carriers of competence bond: corporation's thinking and business operation .At the end of the paper, the characteristics of the four types and the corresponding choice of diversification are discussed.
